Software License Agreement

This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties. 

Cancellation Policy:  After the date of Termination of this Agreement by Client or Core85 Services, Inc, no further subscription fees will be charged to Client. To avoid billing for the following month's service Core85 Services, Inc requires the prior notice of termination of at least 48 hours before the start of the next billing cycle. This notice can be in the form of electronic mail (e-mail), delivered to billing@core85.com.

Termination Either Client or Core85 Services, Inc can terminate this Agreement at any time with notice to the other Party. Client's license is terminated if the client violates this Agreement.

Applicable Fees/No Refunds: Client understands and agrees to pay all applicable subscription fees in exchange for Core85 Services, Inc providing client with the use and benefit of its proprietary internet applications. No refunds or recompense will be issued for any reason whatsoever to Client after completion of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees.

Limited Warranty: Core85 Services, Inc only obligation under any law shall be to replace or repair the internet application in a reasonable period of time. This is a limited warranty and the only warranty made by Core85 Services, Inc and its agents.

Limitation of Liability: Core85 Services, Inc shall be deemed harmless for any losses that occur relating to the use of this internet application; under no circumstances shall Core85 Services, Inc be liable for any damages.

License Fees: The license fees paid by you are paid in consideration of the licenses granted under this License Agreement. You are solely responsible for payment of any taxes (including sales or use taxes, intangible taxes, and property taxes) resulting from your acceptance of this license and your possession and use of the Licensed Program, exclusive of taxes based on Licensor's income. Licensor reserves the right to have you pay any such taxes as they fall due to Licensor for remittance to the appropriate authority. You agree to hold harmless Licensor from all claims and liability arising from your failure to report or pay such taxes.

Term: This License Agreement is effective upon your submission of this form and successful processing of your registration application, including but not limited to receipt of full registration fees.
